How long we keep information
We only keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as long as the law requires.
- Clients and their contacts: we keep contracts, invoices and project records for six years after our work together ends, to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
- Enquiries and prospective clients: if you contact us but we don’t go on to work together, we keep your details for up to two years, then delete them.
- Newsletter and marketing emails: we keep your details until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we don’t contact you again.
- Job and freelance applicants: if your application isn’t successful, we keep your details for six months, then delete them, unless you agree to us keeping them longer for future opportunities.
- Suppliers and freelancers: we keep contracts and payment records for six years after the relationship ends.
- Website data: analytics data is kept in line with the settings of the tools we use, and no longer than 14 months.
